Easy Claims Process for All Programs

1. Bring your vehicle to an authorized repair facility under any one of these programs. 
2. Present a copy of your original repair invoice to the service advisor when seeking service, if not an in-house warranty. If

The service center will diagnose the current concern and if the findings match the original repair, we will warranty the re-repair as documented for 5 years or 50,000 miles in-house, for 3 years or 36,000 miles at Pronto Service Center and for 2 years or 24,000 miles at a Provantage or Technet Service Center.
4. If the re-repair meets the warranty requirements, the service advisor will approve repairs and then get you back on the road as quickly as possible.
   

Automotive Repairs Excluded From All Warranties

You must pay for any non-warranty service you order to be performed at the same time as the Warranty service. This Warranty will not apply to your repaired vehicle if it has been damaged by abnormal use, misuse, neglect, accident, alteration, or “tampering with.” This Warranty does not cover replacement or repairs due to normal wear and tear. THIS WARRANTY DOES NOT IN ANY WAY INCLUDE INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES (additional expenses which you may incur as the result of faulty repair or service) and is NON-TRANSFERABLE. This Warranty gives you specific rights, and you may also have other rights, which vary from state to state. This Warranty does not cover repair(s) or replacement(s) except as listed in the section, “Services Covered by this Warranty,” even though the Facility may offer other services. 

Repairs and services excluded from the Limited Warranty include: 

• Engine: Any internal repairs or replacement of internally lubricated components, or replacement of engine assembly unless documented on the original repair order. 
• Transmission: Automatic or Manual - any internal repairs or replacement of internally lubricated components, or replacement of transmission assembly or transfer case unless documented on the original repair order. 
• Drive Axle/Differential: any internal repairs or replacement of internally lubricated components, or replacement of the drive axle/differential assembly, ring gear, pinion shaft, pinion seals, and related gears. 
• Used, salvaged or customer supplied parts. 
• Sublet repairs. 
• Preventive Maintenance Services (oil changes, fluid changes and flushes, wiper blades, filters). 
• Any repairs performed on commercial use vehicles with a load carrying capacity greater than 1 ½ tons (Maximum Gross Vehicle Weight Rating of 16,000 pounds).

What Is Not Covered

Damage Caused By:

• accidents, collision or objects striking the vehicle (including driving through a car wash)
• theft, vandalism, or riot
• fire or explosion
• using contaminated or improper fuel/fluids
• customer-applied chemicals or accidental spills
• driving through water deep enough to cause water to be ingested into the engine
• misuse of the vehicle, such a driving over curbs, overloading, racing or using the vehicle as a permanent stationary power source

• Warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, cosmetic damage, misuse, neglect, or unauthorized modifications. 
• Warranty is non-transferable.

5 Years / 50,000 Miles, Whichever Comes First

Our exclusive in-house warranty offers extended protection on qualifying repairs and major vehicle components, providing long-term peace of mind and dependable coverage you can trust.



This limited warranty applies only to the original customer who paid for the repair in full. It is not transferable if the vehicle is sold or passed on to another owner, and it does not apply to repairs covered or paid for by third-party warranties or insurance companies. Coverage is provided by the independent repair facility listed on your original invoice and applies only to services performed by that facility. No registration is required.
